SHIPPING & RETURNS
PRE ORDERS
If any of your items are on pre-order please allow approximately 10 working days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and any bank/public holidays.
SHIPPING
We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible during working hours. You will receive a shipping text or email once your order has been shipped.
If your order does not include pre-order items and 5 days have passed since you placed your order please get in touch with your order number and we can provide an update. We kindly ask you to avoid emailing about your order until the above time frames have passed.
DELIVERY
We use DPD or Royal Mail to ship your order. Our carriers are delivering more packages than ever and may experience delays.
We are so appreciative that you have chosen to support our small business and we hope you love your order as much as we do!
TRACKING
We use DPD or Royal Mail to ship your order and a tracking link will be emailed to you (if you provided an email address). Please note once we ship your order we have access to the same tracking information.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days for either Retribe store credit or exchange. At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty (malicious damage doesn't qualify as faulty) or damaged.
Retribe credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
We do ask that the following requirements are met:
Your item must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you. If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
When returning an item(s), you're responsible for the cost of getting it back to us. We recommend using a signed-for or tracked shipping method. This helps us both keep track of your return and ensures it arrives safely.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We will accept Christmas gifts back for exchange/credit until 8th January.
EXCHANGES
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a signed-for or tracked shipping method. This helps us both keep track of your return and ensures it arrives safely.
We will cover the UK shipping cost to return the exchange to you. For overseas orders please contact us first.
